"Over a year ago, my Veterinarian recommended POLYGLYCAN and TANDEM-ORAL. The results have been tremendous. Both my Vet and I have noticed my horses don't get nearly as sore as they once did. My horses are the most important tool in my business and these are the best products I have found to keep them in working condition."

2007 AQHA/PRCA Tie-Down Horse of the Year "Smash Par Fancy" AKA "Flip"
2008 AQHA/PRCA Tie-Down Horse of the Year "Acre Te Run" AKA "Oz"

We have a range of top competition dressage horses here at Windcroft Farm in North Carolina. From horses performing in the FEI 5-year old tests to older Grand Prix campaigners. They have all responded very favorably with increased gait quality and improved overall performance with the TANDEM ORAL supplement.

One 4th level horse has remained sound with out repeating his joint injections. I can fully endorse TANDEM ORAL and will continue to enhance my horse's performance with this excellent product.

Mike Capps of Highland, Illinois is the owner of Sparky, a Beagle / Samoyed mix. Mike got Sparky as a puppy and has raised and cared for him for approximately 16 years. He has been a very robust and healthy dog and has lived outside all of his life.

At six months of age, he was hit by a car and his hind legs were severely injured. He suffered from his injuries for at least six months, but finally healed and seemed to be okay until the last three years. At this time he slowed down and could hardly get up on his hind legs because they were so stiff. He could get up on his front legs, but really struggled to get up on his back legs. His appetite had dropped off to almost nothing. He was eating only about ½ a meal per day, and he looked terrible. He didn’t even want to get up when people pulled into the driveway. Mike’s cousin didn’t think he would live through this past winter. He fooled everyone and made it.

We started him on the POLYCHEWS this spring, about two months ago. After the first week he could get around better already. He was more active. Then you could tell his appetite came back and he started eating full meals twice-a-day. His coat looks better and his temperament is better. He gets around like a younger dog. He is a younger dog now! I know it put at least 5 years back on him—that’s how active he is. He just looks better and I know he feels better.

Dear Dr. Marcum:

I wanted to drop you a short note to thank you for recommending PolyChews for Chelsea. As you may remember she is a 13 year old retired Hunting Retriever Champion. In addition to her field trialing, Chelsea hunted in multiple states and foreign countries on an annual basis in with the High Adventure Company clients. The difference with Chelsea is amazing after just a few months on the Chews. Prior to starting, her mobility was very limited. She has now returned to jumping on the couch which is something that we have not seen in almost a year! This is amazing considering the extent of her disability due to years of hard hunting. We have tried Rimadyl and other treatments, both prescriptions and homeopathic, and never have we seen results like this. As you can imagine she is way more than a dog to me, she is a member of the family and I can honestly say PolyChews have changed her life. You can bet I will have all our older dogs on PolyChews at our sporting lodges around the world.

Sincerely

John Burrell, Certified Wildlife Biologist

I have a 10 year old miniature Australian Shepherd. As a pup, my young children thought he would enjoy the slide in our backyard. They were wrong. When he “abandoned ship”, he fell wrong and damaged the growth plate in his left hind leg. Consequently, he has carried that leg in an odd skipping gait when running and going down stairs. In the last few years he has been moving at a decreasing rate.

You gave me a canister of POLYCHEWS. Sandy was fed 2 “soft tabs” per day for 30 days. Subsequently, Sandy regained much of his activity. I deliberately withheld the POLYCHEWS for 30 days to see how he responded. Sandy slowed back down. After reinstituting the POLYCHEWS for 1 week, Sandy is acting half his age.

It has been a long time since I have seen Sandy really enjoy playing outside in the snow, like he has this week. Thank You.

“There are many products available, but few provide the quality & efficacy worthy of my recommendation to clients.”

We have improved early patient recovery with the intra-operative use of Polyglycan Sterile Solution in orthopedic procedures. With POLYCHEWS, we have extended support to our canine patients in our sports medicine and physical therapy / rehab programs.

Upon discharge, dogs at home continue their recovery and progress more rapidly with POLYCHEWS than we have experienced with other products. The product’s formulation has exceptional efficacy and pet owner compliance is superior as dogs readily consume the palatable soft chew.

This response to Polyglycan and POLYCHEWS has added confidence in the use of these products in our canine joint management protocols.

I had taken in this 11-year old Shih Tzu / Poodle mix dog that needed a home. He has several health problems with arthritis being the most obvious. This was about a year ago.

He had been badly neglected and could hardly walk. That did improve after getting him groomed and the ears cleaned and cleared up. He still had a hard time keeping his back feet under him on an uncarpeted area. At one point a disc in his back caused him to drag one of his rear legs. The vet gave me steroids for him, but said it would probably happen again as I'm sure it would have if his legs continued to slip around.

I received the POLYCHEWS on February 21, 2009. The direction I was given was 1/2 chew daily between meals. He weighs 8 pounds. I was skeptical about how much, if any, this could help him. I noticed on February 25, 2009 (4 days later) that his feet were not slipping out from under him on bare floors. He actually had control.

Friends that have seen him since he came to live with me, are amazed at the difference in him. He has always been glad to see me when I come home, but now he jumps around in circles and runs about the house. He goes to greet friends at the door. His groomer was really surprised the first time she saw him after he started the POLYCHEWS. She had never seen him with so much spunk.

Since this little dog and I are both about the same age in dog years (I was 70) and have some of the same ailments, I had a plan. #1. I was not going to get too attached and #2. To let him live out the rest of his life as comfortable as possible. Of course his sweet nature made #1 impossible, and the POLYCHEWS are giving him more life than I ever imagined at this stage of his life.

Mojo and I are grateful for the opportunity to experience what this has done for him, and to maybe pass it on to someone else looking for relief for their friend.

Sincerely,

I noticed that my dog, Nelly, had trouble getting around. She was not moving around as well. She quit jumping and had stopped running as her back seemed sore. I then started her on the POLYCHEWS and noticed a gradual improvement. She started to get around better and was running without pain. I noticed she seemed happier and was more playful. For some reason she seems to run more now.

I attribute this transformation to the POLYCHEWS, as I did not change her food. There was a marked improvement in her health and her attitude. She was not as irritable around other people and was calmer. I was glad to have been able to test the POLYCHEWS on her, and would recommend them to anyone with an aging dog. They truly do help in the improvement of joint problems in older dogs.

My 7 year old, 90 lb American Foxhound, Higgins, has had on and off shoulder lameness for a few years now. Since starting him on POLYCHEWS last summer, he has not taken a lame step. We walk/run every day and he is better than ever!

I would also like to add that my equine patients have responded to the Tandem-Oral and Polyglycan very well too.

We were fortunate enough to adopt York from Greyhound rescue nine years ago. Just shy of his third birthday Yorktown Joe (his racing name) was forced to retire after suffering a leg injury in last his race…….he still managed to finish 2nd and pick up a few bucks for his stable!

York joined us when our Belgian Shepherd, Santana, was 6 years old and the two of them remained inseparable until Santana passed away in late 2007 at the age of 14. While York was still able to “put the pedal to the metal”, he had become very content with Santana’s slower pace over the last few years and preferred a leisurely stroll much more so than the lengthy games of fetch, the three of us used to enjoy.

Having spent three months as the lone canine in the house York had become “a couch potato.” Then he met Molly, a two-month old Eskimo Spitz who moved in and quickly turned York’s life upside down. Needless to say the attention he was receiving from Molly in their first few months together was anything but welcome. That’s when we were introduced to POLYCHEWS. Initially, there was nothing to indicate they were anything but a daily, tasty treat for our retired racer. However, the last few months we have witnessed York’s rebirth -- he is just as quick to instigate a game of “chase” or “wrestling match” as is his much younger adopted sister. The simple beauty of watching a Greyhound hit full stride is something I’ll always treasure……but I didn’t expect to still be getting the same thrill from our guy as he approached his 12th birthday.

We expect POLYCHEWS to be a daily part of York’s diet for many years to come.
